I had the opportunity to work with Patrick Brady in my role as Creative Director for the Creative Services team in Optum. As a graphic designer for our group, Patrick demonstrated great talent, versatility, and a truly admirable work ethic. 

Often, Patrick proactively brought forward ideas for new technologies, techniques, or processes that could streamline our operation. He was well-regarded by the rest of the organization and performed well as a team player—a crucial element of any creative collective. 

As a designer, Patrick created clean, clear visual communications for us that were always on-message and reflective of the creative brief provided. He is detail-oriented, which resulted in fewer rounds of revisions on projects—of utmost importance in our deadline-driven environment. 

In short, were I in the position to extend Patrick’s contract or, better yet, offer him permanent employment at Optum, I would certainly have leapt at the chance. I would unreservedly advise anyone in that position to do the same.
